In-Home Personal Training
Imagine getting in shape in the convenience of your own home. No traffic to fight, no parking space hassles and best of all – no waiting for machines or equipment! I've been working out with clients in-home for over ten years and the convenience and time-saving aspect can't be beat.
Commonly-asked questions:
Do I need my own equipment?
No. I bring tubing, weighted medicine balls and other equipment to get you started, although most clients opt to purchase some of their own pieces. If you have equipment, I'll incorporate it into our workouts, but it's not necessary.
How are you different from all the other trainers?
I've been a trainer for over ten years and take a serious interest in all my clients. I take time with each individual to work with areas they want to improve. I also have a great deal of experience with post-rehab injuries and work closely with physical therapists in developing safe and effective programs.
What results can I expect?
Many people lose as much as 10-12 pounds fairly quickly and see better muscle tone within two to three months. You get out of the program what you put into it. I will work with you to establish routines and eating patterns that are best for your body and your schedule to help you get the best results possible.
