About Linda
A fitness advocate for
over 25 years, Linda Melone has made it her mission to
unravel the misconceptions about fitness, health and
weight loss with a three-prong approach: writing,
workshops and personal training.
She is certified with the
American Council On Exercise (ACE) and the American
College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-PT) and holds a Bachelors of Science
degree in Nutrition. Prior to becoming a trainer,
Linda spent twelve years in the food business where
she developed food products and owned and managed a
bakery.
Linda uses her unique
background to illustrate the importance of learning
how to manage food intake instead of letting food
control YOU. She has seen what works with her clients
and weaves her experiences into her humorous and
informative presentations. She is a professional
member of the National Speaker's Association Greater
Los Angeles chapter.
